Eureka Medical Clinic is a premier healthcare provider in the British Virgin Islands, renowned for delivering comprehensive, high-quality medical services to residents and visitors alike. Founded in 1985 by Dr. Heskith Vanterpool, a distinguished internist and gastroenterologist, and his wife Jean Vanterpool, the clinic began as the Eureka Diagnostic Center in Tortola's Palm Grove Shopping Center with a focus on innovative diagnostic approaches to healthcare. Initially operating with just the Vanterpools as staff, it emphasized an "aha" moment in medical problem-solving, which inspired its name. Over the decades, the clinic has evolved into a multi-specialty facility, relocating first to the Omar Hodge Building in 1999 and then to its current state-of-the-art site at Geneva Place in Road Town, Tortola.

The clinic's growth has been marked by several key milestones, including the introduction of groundbreaking diagnostic services: it became the first in the BVI to offer CT scans in 2000 and MRI services in 2007.In 2003, Eureka expanded with a branch in The Valley, Virgin Gorda, enhancing accessibility across the islands. Further expansion came in 2010 when Dr. Vanterpool acquired Bougainvillea Clinic, the BVI's only private hospital, allowing for seamless integration of outpatient and inpatient care.  Despite severe setbacks from Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, which caused flooding and damage, the clinic rebuilt stronger, celebrating its renovated facilities in 2019 with the theme "Look What the Lord Has Done."

Today, Eureka Medical Clinic operates as a one-stop healthcare hub, offering a broad spectrum of services including internal medicine, gastroenterology, non-invasive cardiology, general and laparoscopic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology, and family medicine. On-site amenities include advanced imaging (x-rays, ultrasounds, mammograms), bedside procedures like colonoscopies and skin biopsies, a dental unit, Medicure Laboratory for routine tests, and an affiliated pharmacy for prescriptions.  The clinic's team comprises over eight board-certified physicians, including key specialists like Dr. Vanterpool (internal medicine, gastroenterology, cardiology), Dr. Frederick Goldsmith-Allya (surgery), Dr. Pradeep Ramoutar (obstetrics and gynecology), Dr. Emmanuel Ogunde (pediatrics), and Dr. P. Raj Tangutoori (general internal medicine), supported by nursing, imaging, and administrative staff.
