Integrated Medical Care (IMUC), also known as Integrated Medical Urgent Care, is a prominent healthcare facility located in Arnos Vale, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, upstairs in the ACE2 building. stablished in April 2017, the clinic has grown to serve over 30,000 patients by early 2025, excluding those visiting solely for laboratory or radiology services, with many returning for ongoing care.
